The condo at Villa de Mar was built as a 1-bedroom unit with a net floor area of around 700 square feet. Since the master bedroom was too large, the client decided to divided it into two rooms. Fun and contemporary is the basis of the design style. Black, white, grey, and wood are widely used. Displaying the client’s Figures is also a major consideration when designing.
