The net floor area of the unit in Fai Chi Kei District is about 900 sqft, which is a 3-bedroom unit. Existing furniture and IKEA furniture were used in this design to reduce the costs of construction. Different colors were used in each room according to client’s requirements. In addition to lighting design, a space with cozy feeling is created.
