The project at Edificio Lok Yeung is a 2 bedroom apartment with a gross area of about 496 sqft. In order to make a practical layout, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms were switched. The size of the new kitchen was reduced to make the living room bigger. An elevated bed was designed in the new bedroom, as requested from the client, to maximize the storage space of the room.
