The B unit at La Marina is a studio apartment with a floor area of about 300 sqft. The existing kitchen and bathroom were kept. A sliding door was designed to separate the kitchen and the living room to prevent smell coming into the living area. White, sharp blue, orange and yellow were used in the design to create a contemporary feeling. A elevated storage platform and a storage wall was created in the space to increase storage space due to the limited space of the apartment.
